Phoenix Youth Programs

Phoenix has a range of programs and services to help young people in need. Some of the things we can help you with include:

• finding a safe place to stay in an emergency situation;
• finding a safe place to live;
• getting counseling and support;
• getting emergency food and clothing;
• seeing a nurse or doctor;
• applying to Income Assistance;
• finding a job;
• finishing school;
• supporting you if you're a parent - whether you have custody of your children or not
• setting and achieving goals for the future;
• getting a chance to be involved in your community and expressing yourself
• building independent living skills.

     "One of my friends mentioned to me to go check out this place, ‘Phoenix Centre,' and I'm telling you nothing in my whole life helped me as much as they did. I had a place to live. I got back into school for the first time since I was thirteen and I got my grade ten. I got my certificate from drug dependency and I have been clean for a little over two months."
