RBC Employees Volunteer with Phoenix

Just imagine moving 36 tons of gravel on a hot sunny Saturday. The folks at RBC did just that!
Paul Miller, a Phoenix board member and employee of RBC, organized a group of 10 people from RBC who spent a full day to do landscaping work at Phoenix. The group worked tirelessly spreading gravel and pulling weeds to create a beautiful outdoor space for the youth who call Phoenix home.
Phoenix was chosen as a recipient of RBC’s Day of Service grant (valued at $1,000). This grant is provided to an organization on behalf of RBC employees who volunteer their time to support a not- for- profit after normal bank hours.
The high level of RBC staff engagement with this beautification project was overwhelming and greatly appreciated. Phoenix would like to thank those who generously gave their time, energy and enthusiasm - Paul Miller, Luc Fournier, Rick Brien, Lynn MacNeil, Ashley Faubert, Helen Byrne, Laura Mark, Pam Hink, Kevin de freitas, Mak Atoklo, and Theresa McGinnis.
