I have long held the belief that a person’s resolve becomes fully known in times of challenge and adversity and the strength and resolve of each of you has been on full display over the last few weeks.
I have heard many stories from Tim of how each of you have dedicated your efforts to serving those in need at Phoenix and the community at large. In typical fashion, you chose to help others despite the potential health risks to you from this terrible virus. You are doing what many others would not or could not do.
These are uncertain and anxious times for all of us and each day we are reminded of how this virus has impacted our community. But despite this, the wonderful stories of the work that you are doing each day inspires me and renews my belief that we will all help each other get through this……this too shall pass.
You make me very proud to be a part of Phoenix. We are here for you, we pray for you and support you. We will all get through this together.
