    Please Note: Beds can only be secured at the door or by phone call — not by email. Due to the number of beds available, we encourage you to contact Phoenix Youth Shelter prior to arrival to determine availability. Beds can be held by phone for a maximum of 2 hours.

    Please Note: In order to explore our supported housing programs such as Phoenix House or Phoenix Homes for Independence, youth must first be connected with a case manager at Phoenix Centre for Youth.

    • For youth in grades 6 - 12, or youth under 25 already connected with Phoenix.

    • Provides early intervention youth and/or family therapy for youth who are not able to access other therapy services.

  • Phoenix Youth Programs does not accept referrals for individuals 25 and older. To learn more about other programs and services in your area, call 211.

    Please Note:
    While some of our programs support youth as young as 11, most of our programs - including all of our housing and sheltering programs - are only able to support youth ages 16 - 24.
